Easy Returns

Email hello@dittofragrances.com within 30 days of delivery, quoting your order number and reason for return.
Post items back unused and in saleable condition, plus any free gifts your order would no longer qualify for.
Use a tracked service; return postage is covered by the customer.
Once received in perfect condition, we’ll refund the product value (original shipping is non-refundable unless the item was faulty).

Faulty item? Email us a photo and details within 30 days. If confirmed, we’ll refund both the product and your return postage.
